Refund Policy In case if the user cancel the appointment 24 hrs before the timeslot he is intitled for refunds. In case if the user fail to show for there appointment without cancellation, user will not be intitled for refund. In case the doctor has cancel the appointment the user is intitled for refund. In case the doctor fails to show for the appointment the user will be intitled for refund. Refund amount will be confirmed only by the doctor. Refund Method - will be made in same mode of transaction from which you have made payment. For Eg. Refund will be done on credit card if you have made payment
